Take time that week to check in with yourself on how those areas of life have been for you lately. Are there any that are significantly lacking? Are there any you have been neglecting? Is there anything you have control over that you could do to improve in that area? Make an inner commitment to yourself to take one small step towards that goal. Build on small successes, step by step, day by day. Reward yourself for those successes, in a healthy way. Be your own cheerleader- you can do it! |
