Come and learn a gentle and effective tool called TRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) This past year and a half has been challenging for all of us. How resilient are you feeling? Come and Learn a new tool to release trauma, stress, and tension in the body. TRE® (Tension, Stress and Trauma Releasing Exercises) is an innovative series of simple exercises which assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma by inducing a gentle muscular shaking response called neurogenic tremors. This will be an introduction to TRE as well as an experiential class. Please position your camera and location so that I will be able to see your entire body laying down on a yoga mat as well as standing for the zoom. Please wear comfortable clothing and have water with you. I am looking forward to sharing this technique that has helped me to continue to heal from severe PTS and stress in my life."
